The Power Adapter has no response. |
|
|
|
Make sure the input power source is working properly and all the connections are well connected. |
|
|
• |
The LED light behind the Voltage Indication Dial blinks during use. |
|
|
|
Disconnect all the devices connected and determine if the LED remains on. If the problem persists, please contact our Care Services at cs@combotronic.com. |

• |
No output power is detected. |
|
|
|
Make sure the input power is working properly and the total power consumption of the devices to be powered/charged does not exceed the rated Wattage of the power adapter. |
|
|
• |
The LED light behind the Voltage Indication Dial does not turn on while the LED on the DC Booster remains on. |
|
|
|
Make sure the connection between the power adapter and the DC Booster is well connected. |
|
|
• |
Both of the auxiliary outputs failed to power/charge the connected devices simultaneously. |
|
|
|
Make sure the power consumption of the devices to be powered/charged does not exceed the power rating of each auxiliary output. Try to power/charge one device at a time. If the problem persists, please contact our Care Services at cs@combotronic.com. |

| Notes on returning goods: |
| 1. | Combotronic will not accept any returned goods without our RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) subject to relevant terms and conditions. Please refer to our Return Policy for details. | |
| 2. | The failed product must be within valid warranty period subject to the product type. Please refer to the remark note on the invoice for the specific time. | |
| 3. | Warranty does not apply for: | |
| a. any improper usage; or | ||
| b. operation in unfavorable condition; or | ||
| c. storage in unfavorable ambient environment; or | ||
| d. failure caused by other part in the same operation system. | ||
| 4. | Combotronic reserves the right to refuse the RMA request as to any damage caused after shipping out from Combotronic. | |
| 5. | It is the customer's responsibility to submit the RMA request in a complete and clear manner. The content must include item name, quantity, model number, problem found, serial number and purchase date. | |
| 6. | If the information provided in the RMA request does not match with our record, the returned goods will not be accepted. | |
| 7. | The RMA request information should be enclosed when the customer returns the failed products. | |
| 8. | Attach a copy of the sales invoice if any. | |
| 9. | The customer is responsible for the freight charge on RMA return while Combotronic is responsible for the freight charge on RMA replacement. | |
| 10. | If the replacement goods is still a failure, the customer should apply RMA request again immediately within 7 days. |
